We listen and we care. That’s really it. Coordination and Care is a registered NDIS provider supporting those with a disability to enhance their potential in order to live fulfilling and independent lives.  

We believe in a person centred support system that ensures that our staff treat our participants the way they would like to be treated, giving participants the freedom to make their own delivery choices and access their preferred allied health services.  We are passionate about giving the power back to individuals with a disability to realise their potential and achieve their goals.  

The overall goal for Coordination and Care is to grow through alignment with key service providers that have a passion and are supportive of those participating within the NDIS. There is a key focal point on developing our internal capabilities supported to both the needs of key service providers and NDIS participants based on best practice systems of work. Guided by our mission we are able to provide a service that involves specialised Allied Health professionals that improve the individual’s outcome, this is done through using appropriate supports.
