Steps of NDIS Support Coordination

Your journey starts with a walk through of your NDIS plan with your Business Development Manager where we discuss how we can support you in achieving your NDIS goals. A service agreement is than developed and a NDIS support coordinator is matched to you.

A meeting is set up with your NDIS support coordinator and it is encouraged that the participant involves their support system including friends and family. We then discuss your goals and understand your funded support categories. Together a picture is created that outlines a tailored program that reflects your individual needs, desires, and aspirations.

Throughout the process of meeting with your NDIS support coordinator the end goal of the participant achieving their optimum level of independence is kept in mind. The overall aim of a NDIS support coordinator is to develop and strengthen the participants skills, capacity, and independence in order from them to take control of their NDIS plan.
