The advantage of Coordination and Care is that our highly skilled NDIS Support Coordinators are experts in all aspects of the NDIS and are able to make the process of the NDIS much easier. We walk with you in choosing the right service providers for you that supports your NDIS plan.
Coordinating your supports can sometimes be complicated and often very time-consuming. This is why at Coordination and Care we assist the participant to build fundamental relationships in order to achieve adversity and resolve difficult circumstances. Our aim is to implement and monitor the goals set out by the participant in order to develop and strengthen their skills, capacity, and confidence in taking control of their NDIS plan.
If we do our job right, which we know we try our very best to, we know that our participants won’t be around forever and hopefully our services won’t be needed in the longer term. Our end goal is to instil our participants and their NDIS support systems with the right knowledge, skills and confidence they need to achieve their goals.
